Week Ending October 8, 2011
- On October 06, 2011, Deputy C.R. Wright responded to a motor vehicle accident in the Ruther Glen area. Upon further investigation, Bruce A. Hall, 52, of Woodford, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, and drinking while driving. He was released on summonses and has a November 2, 2011 court date.
- On October 06, 2011, Deputy C.R. Wright responded to a possible breaking and entering call in the Bowling Green area. Upon further investigation, Jimmy L. Pucket, 19, Jeffrey S. Gantt, 18, and a 17 year old juvenile, all of Milford, were charged with breaking & entering, grand larceny, and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. The two adults were also charged with contributing to the delinquency of minor. Pucket and Gantt were both held without bond and have an October 12, 2011 court date. The Juvenile was released to his parents and has a pending court date.

- On August 20, 2011, Deputy W.D. Lipscomb charged Carolyn M. Henderson, 28, of Fredericksburg, and Traveyan L. Chambliss, 26, of Fredericksburg, with additional charges that stem from a felony eluding that took place on August 11, 2011. Henderson was charged with felony conspiracy, aiding and abetting an escape, reckless driving, three counts of failing to signal, and two counts of improper passing. - On May 05, 2011, Deputy S.L. Chapman conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Mary L. Provencher, 73, of Ruther Glen, was charged with driving under the influence. She was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond and has a May 18, 2011 court date.

- On April 23, 2011, Deputy J.O. Cecil conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Chelsie R. Rodgers, 18, of Fredericksburg, was charged with possession of marijuana and for defective equipment. She was released on summonses and has an April 29, 2011 court date.
- On April 22, 2011, Deputy C.J. Ryan conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Justin M. Higgs, 22, of Ruther Glen, was charged with driving under the influence. He was held on a $1,000 secured bond and has a May 11, 2011 court date.
- On April 22, 2011, Deputy R.L. Hixson conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Stephanie M. Farrar, 27, of Marbury, MD, was charged with possession of marijuana. She was held on a $2,000 unsecured bond and has a May 2, 2011 court date.

- On April 27, 2011, Deputy F.L. Brennan responded to a property damage call in the Woodford area. Upon further investigation, a male juvenile was charged with destruction of property. A May 6, 2011 court date was set.
- On April 27, 2011, Deputy C.S. Wooldridge responded to a larceny call in the Ruther Glen area. Upon further investigation, Sean M. Stacey, 33, of Homestead, FL, was charged with grand larceny. The individual was also wanted in Florida for a felony probation violation. He was held without bond and has an April 28, 2011 court date.
- On April 30, 2011, Deputy M.J. O’Connor responded to the Ruther Glen area for a motor vehicle accident. Upon further investigation, Harry T. Johnson, 66, of Ruther Glen, was charged with driving under the influence. He was held on an unsecured bond and has a May 6, 2011 court date.
- On April 30, 2011, Sergeant C.A. Heywood encountered Martin C. Taylor, 56, of Richmond, VA. Upon further investigation, he was charged with driving under the influence - 2nd in ten 10 years. He was held on a $2,500 unsecured bond and has a May 6, 2011 court date.

Upon further investigation, Joel Oceguera, 18, of Colonial Beach, VA was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of Marijuana. He was held on a $1,500 unsecured bond and has an April 27, 2011 court date.
- On April 11, 2011, Sgt. C.A. Heywood encountered Charles D. Chapman, 58, of Ruther Glen. Upon further investigation, he was charged with drunk in public and resisting arrest. He was held on a $1,500 secured bond and has an April 20, 2011 court date.
- On April 12, 2011, Sgt. C.A. Heywood responded to a trespassing call. Upon further investigation, Cecelia M. Garnett, 45, of Rappahannock Academy, was charged with unlawful wounding. She was held on a $1,000 secured bond and has an April 18, 2011 court date.

- On April 16, 2011, Sgt. C.A. Heywood conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, a 17 year old male juvenile, of Ruther Glen, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, refusal to submit to test and illegal possession of a concealed weapon. A passenger in the vehicle, Christopher S. Anderson, 18, of Woodford, was charged with being drunk in public. Anderson was held on an unsecured bond with a May 25, 2011 court date. The male juvenile was release to his parents.
